NoviBet Review

NoviBet may be a slightly unfamiliar name from around the sportsbooks but in fact, they have been around since 2011. While they’ve gone under the radar to some extent, there are reasons why we should take notice and for those that focus on regular, competitive odds, there could certainly be a home here.

The bookie is also open to UK customers too so let’s have a look at the pros and cons involved with NoviBet.

NoviBet Promotions

When checking the NoviBet set up in February 2018 we were unable to find any welcome offer for new customers but there is a good set of promotions for those that are prepared to look beyond that issue.

These start with an Acca Insurance deal that refunds losing bets for five-folds and higher when just one leg fails. Football is the focus for the second promotion which is also a bet refund scheme and will return stakes which were winning up to the 88th minute and lost due to a goal coming after that point.

Daily enhanced odds also come out and Novibet have also brought in a cashout scheme so this is a busy area that we feel makes up for not having a welcome deal.

Sporting Markets and Odds Value

Unfortunately there are no horse racing markets currently open at NoviBet and that is one aspect that could deter UK punters from getting involved. However, if you are predominantly a football punter with other sports added on an occasional basis, it’s definitely worth signing up here.

Here is the overall list of markets provided as of February 2018:

Football, Tennis, Cricket, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Ice Hockey, Handball, Water Polo, Formula One, Moto GP. Darts, Snooker, MMA, Futsal, Golf,

It’s fairly small but with the exception of the two that we have already mentioned, all of the popular UK sports are covered plus there are additional options for eSports, Entertainment and Politics.

Having checked a selection of prices, Novibet should be able to compete in those key areas. Football looks particularly strong but none of the odds we checked were out of step with the rest of the industry.

Banking

NoviBet have included the main eWallet providers among their funding options so there is more choice here than most. All of the main debit cards are also listed and players can also access Skrill, Neteller, PaySafeCard and MoneySafe.

Withdrawals are free and there are high limits available so this is a good and flexible list.

Customer Service

There are a number of ways to get in touch but if there is one observation about the customer service it’s the fact that it’s a little hard to find. A live chat operator is on call 24 / 7 and there is an email address together with a landline for callers inside the UK.

To access them, look to the very top right of the home page. They are not obvious but they are there and the service has been found to be responsive and efficient.

Conclusion

The aim for NoviBet seems to be to get customers on board for the long term and that’s why we don’t see a flashy welcome bonus waiting for us. The deals for regular customers are good but the real benefits lie in long term odds which are strong ones, particularly for our most popular sports such as football and tennis.

The back up factors are good with a number of funding options and ways to get in touch for help but it’s the value that you can obtain week in, week out which makes NoviBet a good addition to your list.

Pros (+)

  • Strong set of regular promotions for existing customers plus daily price boost
  • Competitive Odds
  • Good choice of customer service options
  • All of the main funding options are present

Cons (-)

  • Absence of welcome offer will deter some potential customers
  • Horse and Greyhound Racing currently not available
